VIP 会员自动续费服务说明
本说明构成《用户服务协议》不可分割的组成部分，旨在保障您在享受订阅增值服务时的合法权益与知情权。
重要提示：若您勾选或确认购买连续订阅 VIP 服务，即代表您授权相关应用商店从您的账户中代扣下一计费周期的订阅款项。您可随时在操作系统应用商店设置中取消自动续费。
一、订阅服务概述
为满足广大用户对高阶易学罗盘排盘、无限次 AI 深度卦理剖析及专属星盘运势推演的需求，我们推出了 VIP 会员连续订阅服务。服务类型包括但不限于：
- 月度 VIP 订阅（连续包月）：计费周期为 1 个自然月；
- 年度 VIP 订阅（连续包年）：计费周期为 1 个公历年；
- 其他特惠活动周期订阅：以购买界面展示的计费周期与价格为准。
二、自动扣款与续订机制
- 扣款渠道：所有付费订阅流程均由官方应用商店渠道（Google Play 订阅平台 或 Apple App Store 订阅服务）全流程托管，本软件不会索取或留存您的银行卡号或财务凭证。
- 计费时间点：系统将在当前计费周期结束前 24 小时内自动向您的应用商店账户发起扣款。扣款成功后，您的 VIP 会员特权将自动顺延对应周期。
- 扣款失败处理：若因绑定的支付方式余额不足或账户异常导致续费扣款失败，应用商店将依据其宽限期政策重试扣款。若宽限期结束后仍扣款失败，VIP 会员权益将自动暂停。
三、如何取消自动续费（退订指引）
如需终止连续订阅，请在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时执行以下取消操作（在计费周期结束前 24 小时内取消可能仍会扣款并顺延下期）：
🤖 Android (Google Play) 用户取消步骤：
- 打开 Android 手机上的 Google Play 商店；
- 点击右上角个人头像；
- 依次进入 【付款和订阅】 > 【订阅】；
- 在订阅列表中找到 LUOPAN 或对应应用名称；
- 点击 【取消订阅】 并按屏幕提示确认即可。
🍎 iOS (Apple App Store) 用户取消步骤：
- 打开 iPhone / iPad 的 【设置】；
- 点击顶部 【Apple ID / 个人头像】；
- 进入 【订阅】（Subscriptions）；
- 在有效订阅列表中选中 LUOPAN；
- 点击底部 【取消订阅】 即可。
四、权益恢复与跨设备使用
当您更换相同操作系统的移动设备或重新安装应用时，只需登录同一个 Google Play 或 Apple ID 账号，即可在应用内的 VIP 订阅界面点击「恢复购买」按钮，免费恢复您已有效购买的会员权益。
五、退款政策说明
依据 Google Play 及 Apple App Store 官方数字内容销售规定，应用商店拥有独立的退款申诉处理流程：
- 如需申请退款，请直接向应用商店官方发起退款申请；
- 取消当前订阅后，您仍可在已付费的剩余有效期内继续享受完整的 VIP 特权，直至当期订阅自然终止。

VIP Auto-Renewal Subscription Terms
These terms form an integral part of the User Terms of Service and describe your rights and billing policies regarding subscription services.
Important Note: By confirming a recurring subscription to VIP services, you authorize the relevant official app store to bill your payment method for subsequent billing cycles. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your device store settings.
1. Overview of VIP Subscriptions
To provide advanced metaphysical chart calculations, unlimited AI divination depth, and astrological insights, we offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Monthly VIP Subscription: Billed on a monthly recurring basis;
- Annual VIP Subscription: Billed on an annual recurring basis;
- Promotional Periods: Subject to prices and duration shown on the in-app purchase interface.
2. Billing & Auto-Renewal Details
- Billing Platform: Payments are securely handled directly by Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We never collect or store your payment card numbers.
- Timing of Charge: Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current subscription cycle. Upon successful payment, membership benefits automatically extend.
- Failed Billing: If a renewal charge fails due to insufficient funds or expired cards, the app store will follow its standard grace period policy before deactivating VIP perks.
3. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
To avoid being billed for the next period, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle:
🤖 For Android (Google Play) Users:
- Open the Google Play Store app;
- Tap your Profile Icon at the top right;
- Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions;
- Locate LUOPAN in the list;
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
🍎 For iOS (Apple App Store) Users:
- Open device Settings;
- Tap your Apple ID profile at the top;
- Tap Subscriptions;
- Select LUOPAN from the active list;
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Restoring Purchases
If you switch to a new device of the same OS platform or reinstall the application, simply log in to the same Apple ID or Google Play Account and click the "Restore Purchases" button inside the app.
5. Refund Policy
All in-app purchases are fulfilled by Google Play and Apple. Refund inquiries and requests are subject to the policies of the respective app store platform. Cancelling a subscription stops upcoming renewals; your current active period remains accessible until its expiry.
